America is the land of the free and the home of the brave. Or are they? Homosexuals are discriminated against in America. They are looked down upon for being who they are rather than what they have done. It should be legal for homosexuals to be happily married in all states. They are still human, they still pay taxes, it is not a crime to be in love with someone of the same sex.

Gay marriage in America should be legalized in all states. They are not free to be happy with who they are. America claims to be the land of the free. How are they free? Homosexuals are not free in the way they should be. They are not free to be happy without being judged. They are not free to marry the person they love. America is taking that freedom away from them. In Macklemore's song same love he said, "America the brave still fears what we don't know. God loves all his children is somehow forgotten but we paraphrase a book written thirty five hundred years ago."
