Honesty comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. As defined by Merriam-Webster, honesty is the quality of being fair and truthful. When I think about being truthful, the story of the life of John Williams comes to my mind. As a young and joyful child, John was taught to be honest and that honesty would be rewarded in life. Without ever seeing a payoff, John received the biggest shock of his life. Although John constantly worried his flaw would cost him a job, his honesty paid off with a dream job. He learned practicing honesty can lead to exceptional chances and in time, will pay off. The furniture was black and contemporary, the carpet was soft and the tile was colorful. The moment he walked in the room, he smelled the clean air and knew this was where he wanted to work. He stepped into the owner 's clean office, and he begins to picture himself in his comfortable black leather seat with his solid oak desk. The interview was great, the latest interviewer was loving him. We all know what comes next, he was asked what weaknesses he holds. He told the interviewer what he always said, “I am lazy”. This time the reaction was noticeably different. The interviewer had a surprised expression on his face, also appeared to be intrigued.
