For example, there is a quote from the website that talks about their premium internet access. Ethos is also exhibited in various forms on the Hampton Inn & suites website. Firstly, ethos appears several times in the text; however, the line that states “100% Hampton guarantee” Hampton Inn & Suites stood out to me the most. This displays credibility to me because their website states that if their guests are not fully satisfied with their purchase then they will get a full refund. Next, there was one image on the Hampton Inn & suites website that appeared to be related to ethos. This image was in bold lettering and states “Best price guarantee” Ethos image.
Furthermore, ethos was noticed in color psychology. Light blue and dark blue colors were observed throughout the entire Hampton Inn & suites website.
