John Moses Browning was a very famous and gunmaker in fact, probably the best world has ever known. He was the son of Jonathan Browning, he was also a very good gunsmith. John Browning was born January 23, 1855 in Ogden Utah where his father settled after the Mormon Exodus of 1847. It was in his father's shop that John Browning first learned how to be a gunsmith and he pretty much mastered art of gunsmithing. John Browning was much more than a gunsmith he was revolutionary in the fact that he built modern new and innovative firearms that will change the world in many ways.
He was always more interested in designing and building new and innovative guns rather than repairing broken ones. However they were were unable to expand the "Browning Gun Factory" That is what him and his brothers decided to call the gun shop, because they lacked the funds that they needed to expand their business that and the fact that they didn't have a very big market to sell their product in but would soon be able to expand the market their products.
