Mr. Morgan Freeman is an African American actor, producer, and narrator. Mr. Morgan Freeman has had a very successful career throughout his life. His achievements are extraordinary, they include but are not limited to, multiple oscar nominations, won an Academy Award in 2005 along with a Golden Globe Award for his achievements. Mr. Morgan Freeman’s famous quote is “I do not want a Black History month, Black History is American History.” To go into further detail, Morgan Freeman believes that Black History Month should not just be limited to only one month, but honor the African American community in remembrance of their hardship throughout American history. Morgan Freeman dream career was to be an actor, but Morgan Freeman had other plans and he became a fighter pilot in the Air Force. He then came to realization that it was not what he had wanted and this is what created the idea of pursuing an acting career. After decades of little parts and small success, he started to receive major roles and won critical and popular praise. Mr. Morgan Freeman is now one of Hollywood's biggest star. “The world will never know his artistry and talent, and how much he had to offer,” Morgan Freeman said in a statement to the people. “My friends and family were fortunate enough to have known what I meant as a person." Morgan Freeman is the youngest of five kids born to a barber named Morgan Porterfield Freeman Sr. His mother was a school teacher and her name was Mayme Edna Freeman. Morgan Freeman was hoisted in Chicago and Mississippi in a poor area of these cities. After he was born Morgan Freeman’s parents, were struggling because of the Jim Crow South, they had to move all the way to Chicago to get a job. While Morgan Freeman’s parents were seeking for any type of jobs hiring, Morgan Freeman stayed with his mom's grandmother in Charleston, Mississippi.
