Read about and summarize the legend of Remus and Romulus. This was a very interesting read. These two boys were concieved by Rhea Silvia which whom was a Vestal Virgin which means that she bound to never have intercourse and never bear children. The punishment for breaking the rules is supposed to be death while still alive. The boys were born and they were also to be killed by the earths elements so that the kingdom would not be punished. However, they were not killed but instead sent up a river where this couple found them and raised them as their own. One of the brothers were put in jail of a sort and the other went to save him and ended up killing the current king that had sentenced them to their death all those years
