One group that strongly disagreed with Britain’s views was the Sons and Daughters of Liberty. The Sons and Daughters of Liberty were a group of the people who were not afraid to speak their opinion “They were willing to resort to extralegal means if necessary to end this series of injustices.” No matter your gender or age, anyone who disagreed with Britain’s tyranny was allowed to join to fight for their independence.
