The telegraph had done a lot for the world and was one of the most impactful inventions brought to individuals’ attention, and this is partly because of its contribution to the Civil War and the victory of the United States. The telegraph not only had an impact on the world during war and the globe a long time ago, but it also has impacted the way our world communicates now in the present. Without the help of the telegraph, we would not have our main sources of communication. These main sources of communication include FaceTime, calling, texting, and the telephone.
