Colours are very important in our lives as they directly influence our moods. People attach different meanings to different colours and this may influence their mood, blood pressure and pulse rate. Warmer colours will result in a higher blood pressure and pulse rate whereas cooler colours will have a calming effect and lower blood pressure and pulse rate.
