Psychologists have notionally theorized for years if dreams alter human life and if authentic life affects dreams. It has been proven by number of studies that these two are absolutely associated that while we are aroused, conscious mind is vigorously connected with the subconscious mind when we are asleep. On other hand we are vigilant of the fact that our quotidian life has vigorous impact on dreams. A few researchers believe that if dreams are affected by authenticity then our dreams can withal affect authenticity or daily life. Psychologists have kenned for long time that everyone dreams but not uniformly. While working on this assumption almost 300 students were tested and noticed by his team. In this test every student was placed in a specific category on the basic of their level of connection bond, in simple words in their relationships how satisfied, involved and alone they sensed. Status of connection was defined as either insecure or secure. Patrick McNamara realized that students having insecure connection have more dreams each night as compared to the secure ones.
