How Does ISIS Impact The World

The terrorist group ISIS which stands for (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) is the newest threat to worldwide terrorism and a threat to all of the Christians around the world. ISIS has nearly unlimited resources when it comes to finances, weapons, and recruiting. ISIS newest tools in recruiting is the worldwide internet, which they can use to recruit small children all the way up to grown adults men and women included to use in suicide bombers to carry out terrorism in all countries. ISIS uses the internet with such brutal videos that shows the world what horrible things they do to Christians to promote the Muslims way of life, but they say Muslin is a peaceful religion. These videos are often major recruiting tools because of the brutal force

ISIS wants the world to perceive them as a peaceful religion with no religious violence for the world to condemn them. We now live in a world that can be broadcasted though the media and internet so all the violence that ISIS promotes can be seen by nearly the entire world. At one point, due to their geographical region there was no internet available and no media to broadcast them throughout the world. Now, with nearly unlimited finances and the large Muslim following they have, plus the intimidation that follows them, they can get worldly recognition. ISIS uses the internet to get “word out” about how powerful they have become and all Christians will fall to them. They have shown several videos which promote major violence in such forms as beheadings, cutting off limbs from the body, and religious persecution. The reason ISIS promotes these very harsh and hatred filled videos is for two reasons. First reason is to show intimidation. If they think Christians are afraid of them, then the Christians might convert to their type of religion out of fear. Second reason, they promote these videos to recruit new members into their Muslim organization by using the internet to reach millions of people. ISIS shows a lot of public beheadings for NON-converts to the Muslim religion. They also, get a huge draw from these types of videos from young adults that are curious about

If time continues to stand, there will be more Muslims in the entire world than any other form of religion. Monghul says” that many people feel the more Muslims that come in to their country the worse off they are because people are afraid of them.(CNN)”. In America, the majority of its citizens aren’t very familiar with the Muslim religion. A lot of counties around the world feel the same. Most people only know what they see on TV or the internet and form their own conclusion about the Muslim religion. The majority of the world perceives the Muslim religion to be a violent religion due to the fact of all the negative publicity surrounding it with the media and internet. All of the beheading videos, bombings, and acts of terrorism simply have a lot of the world in dismay with the actions of self-professed Muslims throughout the world. A great example of a lot of the worlds fear comes from the refugees that are in search of a home. These people have lost everything send looking for a brand new start with their lives. The majority of people today don’t want to accept them and have them in there counties because of fear. They fear that some of these refugees could be sleeper cell to fulfill an act of tourism on the foreign counties soil
