Is walmart good for America? Walmart is known as a famous store where everybody in america goes. But is walmart really benefiting the U.S. people. There is a lot of rumpus between walmart and the people. There is many pros and cons about walmart.
Walmart is the largest retailer in the world. Walmart is the most powerful company in the history of U.S. business. City Council should approve Walmart proposal because Walmart provides low prices on grocery, household item and much more. Walmart provides a variety of choices to customers. Walmart has more choices and choices that are close to home, so they don’t have to drive as far.
They gain so much money and keep it to themselves, yet minimum wage is at $9 in the state of Texas. They are also wrongfully mistreating employees to the point of forcing them to quit their jobs. Sam Walton (the creator of Wal-Mart), would be so disappointed with the new way corporate has been treating their associates and customers.
A company where the people are doing well is Gentex. Gentex is a company that is growing and making money. Gentex is getting bigger and bigger by the day. A factory / company that is closing is Toys “R” Us. Toys “R” Us is a company that is closing and creating job loss for thousand of people due to other company out performing them.
