Which it is, but there is more rules and things about soccer that they don’t mention. Some soccer rules are complex and some are just so plain and simple. Soccer has been and is still evolving. The rules are updated annually. Some people complain about the rules changing, but rules are changed to make the game more enjoyable and make the experience of the game a lot more safe.
