A gamer is a person who plays video games or participates in role-playing games (Oxford Dictionary) or someone who likes playing computer games (Cambridge Dictionary). Playing video games either through computers, game consoles (e.g., Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation), or hand held devices (cellular phone, tablets) are among the most popular leisure activities not just for adolescents but also for adults (Kirsch et al. 2005). Sometimes, players cannot get over the missions or obstacles by themselves. They need other players to company with so that they can conquer the unbelievable strong monsters or solve the complex puzzles or they can just have a miscellaneous conversation together, making new friends just like the world outside the screen.
