The book states that even though her parents didn’t care what kind of grades Anne got but only that she was happy. She was still passing all classes and was an above average pupil. She had high expectations for herself, which pushed her further in life and she learned how to write and developed a love for it. Without Anne Frank’s Creative young mind there wouldn't be so much information on Adolf Hitler, World War 2, or the concentration camps such as Buchenwald. If it were not for Anne Frank and Kitty,her diary, we would not actually know how bad life was for the Jews back in that time.

Which led to 6.5 million Jews dead at the end of the war and a few survivors. Although one of these few survivors was Otto Frank, father of Anne Frank, Diarist of one of the most famous diaries, “The Diary of Anne Frank.” World War 2 was a devastating event that changed how Jews lived because because they were said to be “Divergent.” How I felt about the events covered in the Diary of Anne Frank was dramatically depressing.

As she grew older, the Germans started to take over and force the Jews into hiding. While in hiding, Anne received a diary for her birthday to write in. As Anne grew up, so did her writing. Anne’s writing improved over time as she started to explain more in depth what was happening to the Jewish family that was in hiding. As the war grew bigger, so did the Germans power.
Anne’s dream of surviving beyond death came true. When her dad found her diary and had it published her words lived on longer than she did. Her personality has lived on through her book and into the new generations teaching them what it was like to live in an attic with people searching for her during war for two years. I feel like it would be better if Anne survived the war but not all of time that way she could be interviewed and asked more questions about going into hiding. After she would get interviewed there could be a new biography written in better detail and further into the story of Anne Frank.
She almost made it in the annex, and she got on the last train to the camp. She died at 15, and her sister Margot 18 when she died. Anne is known for her diary. The Holocaust and World War II is just unexplainable in a horrifying way, but it is very important to world history, and kids in junior high school should learn about Anne
