“We are, at almost every point of our day, immersed in cultural diversity : faces, smells, clothes, attitudes, values, traditions, behaviors, beliefs, and religions -Wendell Pierce”. Culture is the beliefs, customs, arts, etc. of a certain society, group, place or time. This means one place may do things differently than another. An example would be schools and their education. My cultural identity reflect who I am as a person. My cultural identity changes everyday sometimes because I learn knew things so how I feel about something may change another day. Some of the things that make up my culture identity are music, religion, and age.

Living in the United States make me who I am for a big reason. The United States doesn’t have one language or one race, so I was exposed to different people everyday who thought differently and had different beliefs. I wouldn’t be who I am right now if I lived in a country like France, Ireland, Japan, Brazil, etc. I was born to 2 different races of parents, if I lived anywhere else that had only 1 dominant race then I would most likely only be that dominant race.
