“A spider’s web is stronger than it looks. Although it is thin, delicate strands, the web is not so easily broken.” A quote from the book “Charlotte’s Web” written by E. B. White, is about teaching lessons in a meaningful way. Friendship is more important than almost anything in life, without friendship you are left alone. In the book, “Charlotte’s Web” E. B. White tells the story of a pig named Wilbur who was born the smallest of all his brothers and sisters. The farmer, Mr. Arable, wanted to kill him the moment he saw him, but the daughter, Fern, begs him to let Wilbur live. Wilbur is eventually sold to Mr. Homer L. The first thing she wrote was, “some pig.” After Mr. Zuckerman begins to take note of the web writing, he thinks it’s a miracle and notices that more and more writings appear everyday; including, “terrific”, and “radiant.” Eventually, Charlotte seeks help from a rat named Templeton, he scavenges for things to make Wilbur an extraordinary pig in the dumps. Templeton looks for pieces of paper that Charlotte can copy the words from. Eventually, Wilbur is entered into the county fair where Charlotte and Templeton keep him company. Charlotte continues to write in her web about Wilbur and everyone who sees him praises him and thinks he’s a pure miracle. During the time where Wilbur is getting all the attention he wants, Charlotte begins to make a sack for her eggs and begins to reach the end of her life. When she tells Wilbur that she will not be returning to the barn with Wilbur, he is devastated. She tells Wilbur not to worry and asks him to take care of her eggs, when is time for Wilbur to leave the barn without Charlotte he takes the eggs with him and keeps great care of them at the barn until they hatch.
