A person’s perspective can either create a new outlook on life or destroy it completely. It creates their knowledge allowing them to understand the world around them. Yet, limiting them to one idea. In the novel ‘’Brave New World’’ Huxley explores the idea of human perspective and how much power it holds on someone’s mind. Lenina, one of main protagonist in ‘’Brave New World’’ is created as human puppet forced to consume tablets that limit her emotions , thought and actions; however through events in the novel she begins to question her implanted ideas and venture into a new perspective of life. Lenina, already from birth is brought into a world run by a higher power that creates artificial humans to complete certain task. With no issue or sense of danger, while on the job. Lenina has been pre-programmed to enjoy single repetitive task, consuming soma when she begins to think. In addition never questioning why she does what she does, also being promiscuous. Until she meets Bernard. Her sexual attraction to Bernard is momentarily in the novel; however the time he spends with her influences her perspective of what she’s known all her life.
