I wanted to go over your training, team roles, cognitive preference, and your goals. Let’s begin with your training, so have completed all sections in the Post Office, and are fully trained and qualified. I have reviewed your Training Business Area (TBA) and you are fully signed off every task. I have seen you work well with everyone. When it comes to team roles I see you as an advancer, because I notice that you are using past experience to solve problems. I know you want to get your registered nurse degree, and I want you to accomplish that degree. The only thing I as is we focus on your Community College of the Air Force first (CCAF). The reason for this is because you are still thinking of retiring in the Air Force, and I want to set you up for success. The good thing is some of the CCAF class transfer over. The other reason is for promotion you need to obtain a CCAF degree to promote Master Sargent. I know that is still away, but once you complete your CCAF you will not longer have to worry about it. You will be able to concentrate completely on your registered nurse degree. This will benefit you in the long run. As an advancer because you have taking classes before I know you will use your past experience to help you manage your time. You might create a better homework schedule then you did the semester before. Also, by being an adaptor you will be well structured and organized. You will never have any problems with any assignments, because you are disciplined and detail oriented. Make sure you use the classes you take and incorporated with your job and the Air Force. You might need a speech and communications class, so use that to your advantage. You will be able to communicate better with subordinates and leaders. Also, if you get deployed and work in a Joint Service environment you will be able to communicate better with other members because of your classes you have
