After reading the short story "A Rupee Earned" by I.F Bulatkin, he taught me a good life lesson. The story was interesting because it is about a hard working father laboring day after day to support his family. On the other hand, the hard working father had a son, and he was absolutely lazy. Suddenly, one day the father has grown weaker and in order to receive the inheritance the father left, the son needed to earn a rupee. In this story there are some parts where I can make a connection and differentiate. One thing that I really can relate to the son is that I am or was also a "Lazybones" (Bulatkin 1).
