There are thousands and thousands of memorials around the world. They have all different kinds of memorials. Memorials are always being built, for any reason. There are war memorials, grave memorials, and plenty more that I’m not going to get into too. There are two types of people I this world. One believes that memorials are one of the greatest things to use if you want to learn about history. Then there are others out there who don’t see the point, all they see if how much taxes they’re going to have to pay and how much they will have to pay the people who have to keep it clean. If we wouldn’t keep track of everything on the memorials then there is a possibility that history would get repeated. Memorials have an enormous amount of sentimental value to the families of the soldiers who are memorialized in that very spot. They leave you thinking about things like how your child’s great grandpa stood and fought in that very spot. There are plenty of things that can make people not want to build a memorial. The average cost of a memorial is around 25,000 dollars. According to the people the price is fine just as long as they don’t have to pay taxes to build a memorial, but knowing the great government of the USA, they will get charged a bunch of taxes for it. Not only the cost to build it, but the cost to keep it clean and to keep the regular updates in check also just normal wear and tear of the building. Every town and city has a number of parks. If we add a memorial for every time something happens that makes history, we would have no room for anything else like parks or schools. Even though they cost as much as they do, they’re worth it. They are one of the greatest tools in learning what happened during the war or whatever the memorial stands
