Would you like to help poor people? Do you wonder why some countries are poor while others are rich? Some countries are considered Less Developed while others are considered More Developed. Most people in Less Developed Countries do not have access to lots of technology, transportation, healthcare, good jobs, good education, etc. It is unfortunate to know that while people in some countries are living a long and happy life, some countries are struggling to keep infants alive. Therefore, without a doubt, society would benefit greatly, particularly in the real world, if we helped poor countries develop. If we help LDCs build schools, the whole world will benefit greatly from it. If we built a school in an LDC, the development of that country will increase and benefit the entire world because more people will contribute to the world economy. In school, people will learn about how to take care of their body and live longer, foods that they should not eat, language, how to read and write, skills, etc. School will also teach people how to work at higher skilled jobs. The more people get enrolled in school, the more people will have high skilled jobs and contribute to the economy, hence, a wealthier country. Free education can teach people English to avoid a language barrier; but some people have illnesses like asthma that make it harder to go to school every day because asthma makes it hard to breathe. People that have asthma also need to go to the doctor often, which can be very expensive. People with asthma or other illnesses can benefit greatly from free healthcare because they can go to the doctor as often as they need without it being too expensive.
