Radios Impact in the 1920’s Do you wish you heard the first radio station broadcast in America? In the book “The Great Gatsby”, by F.Scott Fitzgerald was influenced by radio in the period of the 1920’s. In his book, radio is an illusion of Fitzgerald’s opinion calling the 1920’s the Jazz era.
