ABSTRACT
Based on the author in this cases the author presented to evaluate examples digital record keeping practices, either negative or positive in Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) and determine whether the discipline is tipping into a period where digital recordkeeping will change for the better, or whether it is tipping into digital oblivion. Digital record keeping is critical in a business environment. Digital records and record keeping should be aware of the many benefits and is in danger, feared to be in danger, cost and so on. For examples the e-mails, databases, web sites and other forms of digital information made, kept and received by government organisations. Digital records are exposed. To be depend on business aim, legal and other purposed record management should be preserved and protected from missing and alteration. Tipping point is about setting records and seek to identify whether we are in the point of digital record-keeping practices. This article examines digital recordkeeping in government NSW atmosphere. In addition, any measures taken to a small but significant increases digital records management, effectively "tip" record keeping and improving business immediate and long-term business.
