Many argue the importance and value of teachers adopting effective and creative approaches to teaching, instruction and pedagogy. The author teacher herself had many opportunities to learn and experience about this subject matter throughout different course studies and practices. However, the real challenge according to the author teacher relies to how and if this is possible in an early child care setting. A teacher adopts many strategies and methods which she believes are the best. Some teachers seek to follow the curriculum, achieve the requested and give tests to assess the pupils. However others prefer to go beyond the curriculum for instance; to teach in a holistic manner, to implement values and beliefs in the pupil’s academic course throughout the year and so on and so forth.
