Formal induction is designed to help individuals within their roles and ensure that staff have access to the specific areas of knowledge that will support them within their role. Incorporating safeguarding training in the induction process it ensures that new members of staff are aware of their role and responsibilities regards safeguarding prior to commencing working on their own.
