The issue of human right is of prime importance. The status of human right throughout the world is a yardstick for how well other critical issues and managed. Government’s rise or fall depends upon on the way ; the government meet vital human needs and enable their citizens to live with liberty. Human rights and fundamental freedoms are the corner stone of civilization the alpha and omega of humanity’s quest for better existence. The declaration of human rights is gender neutral and is based upon the assumption that human right issues should not address in compartment in term of specific to segments of men, women etc. Human rights are commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled of being human. Human rights are conceived as universal and egalitarian. These rights may exist as natural rights or as legal rights, in both national and international law. These are fundamental rights that humans have by the fact of being human, and that are neither created nor can be abrogated by ant government.
