I believe that the Constitution is the most important document in American history. The Bill of Rights protects us and keeps us in line. The Bill of Rights essentially distinguishes right from wrong. The fourth Amendment is the Amendment that protects our right to privacy. The Amendment strictly prohibits unnecessary searches and viewing one’s property. I think that the government should have very little jurisdiction to monitor people’s behavior on the internet. People should indefinitely be innocent until proven guilty. I do not think that they need to know everything about you. They should not be involved with who you are dating or seeing. If you are married, they need to know and if you have children as well. Private businesses too, because you can only assume that the owner is reliable if you don’t secure the information that you need.
