The Industrial Revolution was a time of exponential growth in the world. This time included the invention of modern machinery, and modern techniques that is used in everyday life today. Although there were many benefits to come out of the industrial revolution, there were just as many problems with the industrial revolution. There are many great things that came out of the Industrial Revolution, one of the biggest being the increased production rate. Due to inventions such as the steam engine, it decreased the time of making products which in turn, raised the economical state of America. The increased rate of production also lowered prices. Another huge benefit was that the revolution created more job opportunities. All of the inventions and sudden wealth helped people live better. People were able to pay for their own healthcare, education, and their nutrition. Along with this, people started to care more about their appearance and buy more expensive cloths, further expanding the ever-growing market in America. Although there were many great and exciting things coming from the Industrial Revolution, there were just as much downfalls of this time. One of the major downfalls was the lack of farming.
