Halloween is one of the biggest celebrations days in United States, is a yearly holiday observed around the world on October 31. This day is special and kind of very funny, because they wear many different and crazy customs and even though we don’t have the Halloween in my home town and I always wonder how the idea of Holloween started. But I enjoy it here with my friends. We go out and we do parties, doesn’t matter to any difference between our traditions or religion. In this day a lot of things happen and there are a lot of activities to do even if you are adult or kid. I wonder how the idea of Halloween even started! Too many theories have been tossed around but there should be a reason why it started. I recently found out that it was a custom of the Romans that had been passed down to this generation. Apparently, they worshipped Samhain, lord of the dead. They believed that the night before October 31st, he called together wicked souls or evil spirits and believed that they would harm them if they didn't please Samhain!
