While the battles during the war were indeed terrible, there was also several aspects General Lee missed in his description. The need to constantly improve during the war allowed for several technological, pharmaceutical, and strategic advances nationwide. However, these changes did not happen overnight.

Good afternoon. I am here to help fight for the cause to save your lives. Imagine this; you are taking a test in one of your classes. Then you hear a gunshot and the entire school goes into lockdown. Your friend, or sibling gets shot, while in the hallway, but for your own safety, you can’t leave your hiding spot.
First of all, you are going to have to keep your firearm out of the reach of children so they would not have possession of the gun. A good place to put it would be on top of the shelf out of children 's eyesight, and do not keep in under a pillow because whenever you are sleeping, you heads could move a little bit and the weapon would go off. Now another important fact of firearms are to have the gun unloaded whenever it is put away. It should be unloaded because if something happens and it slips, it could fire anywhere. You would have to put the gun into a case because the case has ammunition holder so if you would have to ever use the weapon/firearm, you would have it close by.
Gun Control: Assault Weapons Should be Banned in America In the past decade there have been many mass shootings which sparked a nationwide debate on the ban on assault weapons. Assault weapons are Semiautomatic weapons that are usually used in the military due to their advanced features. The difference between a Semiautomatic weapon and a regular pistol is that semiautomatic guns reload automatically and can fire consistently (Assault Weapons). Majority of Americans argue that Assault Weapons should be banned nationwide because of the amount of mass shootings caused by Assault weapons.

You get up to investigate the strange sound, as soon as you look around the corner you see a dark figure in resemblance of a man. You reach for a baseball bat but by the time you reach it the man has pointed a Glock-18 semi-automatic handgun at you. You have no chance at all so you surrender and your house is robbed of all its valuable possessions.
Fake Guns Bring Real Pain Airsoft guns are sold as toys, but they are weapons that can bring harm to their owners, even death. Airsoft guns work by firing plastic pellets with gas or spring systems and most owners use them to simulate war games. They are sold to anyone over eighteen, but it is legal for any age to use them. The Federal law only requires an orange tip be on the end of the barrel during the selling or shipping of the airsoft gun. The problem is that once the owner has the airsoft gun he or she can remove the orange tip.

Every year thousands of lives are affected due to gun violence with a majority being murders, assaults, or suicides and many as a result of the shooter suffering from some sort of mental disorder. “The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention act of 1993 requires federally licensed firearms dealers to preform background checks on prospective firearms purchases to ensure that the firearm transfer would not violate any laws”(Federal Law on Background Checks).
