So some people may ask themselves what is social anxiety. Well social anxiety is an anxiety when someone cannot be around a lot of people at once. Social anxiety is also sometimes called social phobia. According to Mayo Clinic Staff social anxiety is more known as a disorder and illness that is somewhat important to know about. Some people that actually have to deal with social anxiety will attempt suicide at some point in their life. Most people do not realize they have problems around others until they get to college or starting an actual job. The changes with having social anxiety has increased base on technology and parents. Social anxiety has two parts. One part is the emotional and behavioral which could include someone being judged or thinking they are being judged when actual people are just being them and doing what they are doing. Most people with anxiety, try really hard to not embarrass themselves which, then again, most worry about that than anything else. Social anxiety is also known for people not to have any interactions with anyone also meaning new people they have never talked to.
