Starting Tuesday January 17, 2017 – TODAY - all students must park in the upper student parking lot. This includes late arrival and early dismissal students. We are having to do this because students have taken over the front lot and our visitors do not have anywhere to park. If you are parked in the front parking lot today, talk to Officer Pearson as soon as you can.
Brittney Smith a 17 year old girl who goes to Maplewood High School where she is an honor roll student, a cheerleader, and is the student body president for the Junior classmen. She enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her friends, and she make sures that she makes the right decisions for the school. Brittney usually gets along with everyone in the school even the unpopular kids, but there is this one person she doesn’t like or can’t stand to be around. His name is Andre Jones, Andre is the captain of the basketball team and star player. Even though Brittney is around Andre during basketball games, she still refuses to talk to him or go near him.
Do you know who Eric Wright (Eazy – E) is well if you don’t I’m here to tell you all about him? Eric Wright is an artist he dropped out of high school to become an drug dealer. His friends are Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Mc Ren, and DJ Yella. One day Eric went inside the club were Dr. Dre worked at and on Dr. Dre break he told Eric do he want to put some money into the rap business and he thought about it. The next couple days went by and they brought an group in because they couldn’t rap except for Ice cube into they quit and Dr. Dre help Eric rap and that’s how they came up with Ruthless and N.W.A which stand for Niggas With Attitudes.
My interests in technology did not come until later in my life; when I attended my first engineering and technology workshop. Back in the summer of 2012 I was accepted into the Rowan University’s Boys Engineering, Science, and Technology (BEST) Program. Throughout the event I was in awe and fascinated by what engineering had to offer. We built bottle rockets and constructed penny bridges, but what stood out to me the most was the hands on experience with computer programming.

We live in an exciting new time where we people interact more and more with each other. What do you think about immigration? Is it a bad thing or is it a good thing for us to have? In my opinion, I do not think it is the right thing to do because we have let in more than 37 million immigrants per year. If we keep letting all these immigrants every year may lose our jobs. All these immigrants coming in may affect our economy, and environment.
To my fellow citizens, It is hardly to be expected that any person could be so presumptuous to controvert the gravity of the election of the President of the United States of America. It is indisputably the axis in which the purest form of democracy in our country stems from. The right to vote and the power one has to exercise such right is not a thing to be spurned. Alas, in modern times it is seen with an alarmingly increasing frequency that this paramount right is being neglected and even scorned by its citizens. They have forgotten or have been manipulated into erroneously presuming that this right is superficial.
Immigration has been around for centuries. It is the movement of people into another country which they are not from nor obtain citizenship for them to live their legally. Majority of the American population have ancestors who are immigrants. Even though most of us who live in the United States are settled here legally.
