I challenge myself every year by completing a science fair project for the Canada Wide Science Fair outside of school requirements in addition to many other extracurricular activities I pursue, such as balancing academic marks above 90%, participating in school volleyball and community girls’ and co-ed fastball and girls’ hockey teams, preparing for the Royal Conservatory of Music grade nine piano examinations, participating in music festivals and competitions and helping on the family farm year-round. My most recent national-calibre science fair project, "Extracorporeal Sonic Wave Therapy for Inoperable Tumours" presented me with many challenging obstacles.
