One needs inspiration to get through a mentally or physically challenging time. To be mentally stimulated to do or feel something is inspiration. When one receives inspiration, one may also get the motivation to do the unthinkable, and possibly coming out of their comfort zone. One could receive the inspiration from a book, t.v. show, poems, or even an athlete. In 1888, William Ernest Henley published his poem titled Invictus.
