Tort law regulates whether an individual should be held rightfully responsible for an injury in contrast to another. It also determines what type of reward should be given to the wounded person. For a tort claim to be justifiable, there must have been a breach of responsibility made by the suspect against the claimant, which resulted in a grievance (FindLaw).
There are three types of Tort. One is called Intentional tort this is cause when someone deliberately causes damages to another individual. Examples of Intentional Tort are:
• Assault
• Battery
• False imprisonment
• Fraud/deceit
• Trespass (to land and property)
• Defamation (Work in Law)
The second one is called Negligence which is by far the greatest prevalent type of offense.

The one Tort I studied most was Intentional Tort. The plaintiff must prove that the damage was intentionally done to that individual, against property, or against economic interests. Economic interest is going into business for the only purpose of taking business from another concern.
