Interview with Aristotle Whether in a high school history class or in a college humanities class, we have learned about the famous philosopher Aristotle. To recall, Aristotle was a student of Plato, and didn’t agree with his theory of reality. According to biography.com, “Aristotle believed that knowledge could be obtained through interacting with physical objects” Not only ways Aristotle curious of the world around us but also “recognized that human interpretation and personal associations played a role in our understanding of those objects” (biography.com). Aristotle had a wide range of interests such as poetry, theater and even “studied, biology, zoology, physics, logic, ethics, and the various genres of literary expression” (Sayre 167). research and work were all to discover a better understanding of the world we are in and the animals that surround us as well. “ I would then continue and ask, “What is your thought of your theories proven false?” To this question I can see him saying:
“At the time some of my theories were a work in progress. In my time I didn’t have the machines and knowledge as you do today. Not everyone can always b right, but that’s why they are called theories and why you test and observe. If your theory is a success then that’s a great accomplishment, if not then there is your next challenge, till you get it right.”
My last question I would ask Aristotle would be: “What would you like to see of your work that has evolved since your time?
I imagine is response to say something like this: “Well I would like to see how much all my works have changed and progressed, but more specifically I would like to see how my principles of physics, and philosophy has evolved. I would also like to know if Lyceum is still
