The book of Genesis, written centuries ago, still serves as an important resource for those looking for a applicable life lessons, it is an extensive collection of stories details the lives and times of many a character. Joseph is an exceptionally strong individual whose life relates to topics still relevant today. Joseph’s unwavering and unbreaking faith in God is an example for all as God enters the lives of him his friends, and family multiple times. Joseph was favored as a child and as a result was despised by his older brothers who eventually deceived their father and sold Joseph into slavery. After spending quite some time in prison on false allegations made by his masters deceptive wife, he gets his chance to prove himself. He posses a God-given talent of deciphering dreams, being able to see the meaning of any dream and its significance to that person or society. The Pharaoh, Ra, experiences a repeating set of nightmares which trouble him deeply.
