Why did the religion of Islam spread so quickly?
In the 600’s the religion of Islam started to spread quickly. The religion of Islam spread so quickly because of complex and numerous trade routes, strong military conquests, and strong and convincing religious messages. According to the holy text of the Muslims, in 610 CE a merchant named Muhammad went to a cave outside the city of Mecca to meditate. While there the angel of Gabriel appeared and then the words of Muslim came. Over a period of 140 years, billions of Muslims spread out and began to overrule. Islam spread so quickly because of complex and numerous trade routes. In Document B page 107, it says that according to the verse 33:35 of the Qurán, someone who is favored by God must be devout, sincere, patient, humble, charitable, and chaste. In verse 5:32 it says that in life if you kill someone then you have killed all mankind and if you help someone you have saved all mankind. In verse 2:188 it says that if property is not yours then do not bother it unless welcomed. In verse 22:39 it says that you can’t fight unless you are being attacked because you must have done wrong if you’re being attacked. God has power to grant them Victory. In document E page 113 it says that you should maintain your religion. It also states that you will have responsibilities in life and you must follow those like executive judgement, defend land, and enforce penalties. In American society the press, congress, judges, military, and police are all responsible for non-religious tasks.
