Many middle and upper class families who were affluent enough to own televisions would often see children’s cartoons dedicated to teaching youth about state sanctioned anti-semitism and ultra-Aryan-nativism. In one Nazi cartoon, produced in 1944, was aimed toward the French in an attempt to convince little French children that the Allied forces were violent, repressive, and unrelenting.
