What David Perry believes is that Kennedy was fed up with the antics the CIA was pulling. During the time the CIA was trying to kill Fidel Castro. Fidel Castro was Cuba’s leader. And that’s a fact. Then absurdly weeks later he assassinates Kennedy. Strange coincidence. Most likely it might have been something that they overheard associating him and the Russians, or another possibility is that the CIA could’ve had Lee Harvey Oswald on their own payroll.
