JK Rowling was a leader in many ways. She contributed to children's literature and made it possible for many to come after their dreams. Rowling was an inspiration to children and adult too due to the fact of her imagination. Rowling struggle with writing her first book but continued to press on and not give up. Her story is full of struggles but also determination that gives readers insight to never give up on your passion. She did not let physical and verbal abuse handicap her but got her back where she need to be. In her free time , she dedicates herself to charities and foundations to serve. In 2005, Children’s High Level Group was founded by both JK Rowling and Baroness Emma Nicholson. Volant is divided into two different path that its money goes towards. Multiple Sclerosis is something that is dear to Rowlings’ heart so she funds possible causes, treatments and cures for this disease. another path her money goes toward is Lumos, gingerbread and other social problems that have not yet been addressed. The trust is socially geared toward women and children because she can first hand relate (www.jkrowling.com). Jk Rowling is such an inspiration to fight and support causes in which you believe in. She helped many people by funding and creating the charities that she did. Rowling did charities that were personal which got her involved in them.
