A. I prefer to focus my attention on my inner world of thoughts. On my Jung Typology Test I received 75 percent introversion. In class I choose very clearly introverted. I am an introvert because I am drained in social situations. I prefer to interact with a few close friends. I normally have to bribe myself with Starbucks to attend a social engagement, because if I can find an excuse to not attend I will use it. I love working alone, which is why the third floor of the library is my safe haven. My favorite way to decompress is yoga because it’s all based on quiet reflection.

I make decisions by thinking. I scored 100 percent thinking on my Jung Typology Test and scored myself slightly thinking in class. My emotions don’t affect my thinking.
I don’t understand why anyone would, because I think it’s important to be logical. Decisions should be made based on facts not emotions.
D. I orient as judging to the outside world. I scored 62 percent judging in the Jung Typology Test and choose very clear judging in class. I love organization. I feel like the more organized you are the more successful you are. I have three calendars that I maintain on a daily basis just to make sure everything gets completed. I make decisions quickly. I don’t want to waste my time contemplating options. Once I make my decision I do not budge under any circumstances.
E. I scored ISTJ on my Jung Typology Test and the in-class reflection. My strengths for the Exercise Science field include logical problem solving, organization, and thinking before speaking. I will need to improve on sociability, sympathy, compassion, and flexibility to improve my overall success in the Exercise Science field. I think the strength of logical problem solving will help me work with patients to improve their recovery time by working in an orderly way. I need to improve on flexibility because clients will not always be organized (for example they may miss or rearrange an appointment) and I need to be able to accommodate
