Heath II Theory of Justice Analysis
On the surface, justice can be viewed as given someone their punishment for the crimes they commit. The concept being the law allows us to put our trust in them to take care of criminals. Conception and reality are typically miles away from each other. In an ordinary culture, the presence of justice is there in order to give criminals penalty and to encourage peace in the communities. Utilitarianism
The Utilitarian concept came from the laws and institutions that inspire the advancement of everybody as well as the members of society (Ilstu). The idea of happiness is given thought and it is a view regarding people. In this theory, the significance of human good and the society is given much attention. Utilitarianism views life from an economic inquiry that centers on human lives and states that individual activities that create happiness for folks are worthy. People are entitled to have primary wants which should be fulfilled in order to live in an optimal matter.
Needs and wants should be distinguished appropriately. Needs are the simple essentials required in order to live. Those essentials include food, shelter, clothes, safety, and friendship. Wants, conversely, are the motivational thoughts in order to live enjoyably in the world. Wants are not as important as needs in order to survive, but they can ensure a better form of living. A given example is a kid living in an unfriendly place will have the inclination to be controlling when he or she gets older. This will be their alleged future but different from their spouse. Legislation is an important element in order to control society. Laws are made in order to normalize behavior and complement the people. Law enforcement consists of the police departments, Federal Agents, DEA, CIA, and other components. They are charged with protecting the public and regulating laws.
The criminals will be put in trial in court to determine the correct penalty for their actions. The penalties vary from things such as giving community service to the death penalty. The U.S. court is follows the principle of presuming the suspects as innocent unless he or she is proven guilty by the court. There are different kinds of jail, all for different types of sentences, different types of criminals.
In order to have a fair society, it is significant to create a reasonable criminal justice
