This memorandum provides the outline for the initial interview of Jordan Archer concerning the criminal defense representation for an expected charge(s) of embezzlement. I. CRIMINAL CHARGES In order to conduct an effective interview to acquire the relevant facts necessary to the case, it is imperative to obtain facts pertaining to the elements of the crime, any documents or witnesses relevant to the alleged crime, and which degree of the crime, if any, could be charged in this case. First, during the interview it is vital to ask the client what property belonging to the church is alleged to have been converted, how the client had access to such property owned by the church that is alleged to have been taken by the client, what fiduciary role the client held within the church, and whether the client intended to convert the property of the church for her own benefit. Next, it is important to ask the client whether there are any witnesses that can provide a testimony that the client is not involved in the embezzlement.

Richard Kuklinski was a hitman for the Genovese, Gambino and DeCavalcante crime families and was arrested in 1986 on multiple charges of murder, robbery, and illegal-weapons violations. There were two trials in which he was accused of murdering five people: Gary Smith, Daniel Depner, George Maliband, Louis Masgay, and Paul Hoffman. The first trial was for the murder of Gary Smith and Daniel Depner specifically. The prosecutors in this trial were trying to get Richard Kuklinski the death penalty but it was going to be a long shot because there was really only circumstantial evidence and close to no physical evidence that would link Kuklinski to the murders. They believed that Richard Kuklinski first attempted to kill Gary Smith by cyanide poisoning but it took too long so he got
She wrote the first ever comic book introduction to ethnography and now this book is an accessible format available to all graduate students along with anyone who is interested in reading it. The book Shane, The Lone Ethnographer if nothing else was very informative and insightful. Despite not completely understanding everything the book was an overall god read and I truly enjoyed it. The insight opened me up to a whole new world that I knew nothing about
This month I am privileged to share an exclusive look into the life of Sandra Gathers, who I find to be extremely passionate and dedicated to all aspects of her life. Along with 3 sisters, Sandra was born and raised in Eutawville, SC. Most people are usually surprised to learn that she was raised on a working farm. Even though she had to work very hard as a young girl, it shaped the work ethics that she encompasses to this day. Sandra graduated from Holly Hill High where she was a member of the beta club, yearbook staff and library club.

Good Morning Vera, Thanks for inviting me to speak in your class. Other than my thesis defense, I 've never read my words out loud to a broader audience. I read somewhere that you wrote your desertion on Kateri Tekakwitha. In my memoir, I wrote about my experience seeing Kateri in Auriesville, NY at the Shrine of the North American Martyr. I looked at my mom all confused, because I had never seen an indian statue by an altar in plain view.
en-year-old Kenny Watson is the middle child of an African-American family of five whom he affectionately refers to as the Weird Watsons—who live in Flint, Michigan, in the 1960s. He is very bright, but has a lazy eye that makes him the target of bullying, though he notes that things could be worse, if not for his thirteen-year-old brother Byron. Sometimes Byron leads the bullying, but other times he subtly defends Kenny instead. Kenny doesn’t have a real friend, though, until the day that Rufus and Cody Fry move to town, from Arkansas. Rufus and Cody have a southern accent and an obvious lack of money that make them the new butt of everyone’s teasing.
She demonstrates this by showcasing the situations of various environmental activists in the world. Klein begins by capturing the emotional struggle of Crystal Lehman, a Beaver Lake Cree Nation leader who
Interview Analysis Goofball, sincere, poised, spiritual, and competitive, these are the adjectives that Olivia Irigoyen uses to describe herself. It was a warm but typical June summer morning when in our English composition class Olivia and I were paired to ask each other a series of questions in order to eventually write this paper and it was there that we answered every question we had and learned we had a lot in common, so much so that after class finished we had to take the interview outside and feel some more of Miami’s cruel summer weather to finish with the process since we spent most of the class time agreeing on things rather than continuing. Olivia Irigoyen was born on June 17, 1996 at Baptist Hospital in Miami, FL to two loving parents
