Colin Newmark was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer was life threatening. His parents were Christian Scientists and refused to consent for chemotherapy for Colin. Their refusal was protected under State Law as it exempted parents from the neglect and abuse statutes if the refusal was supported by medical reasons. The plaintiff, Child Protective Services petitioned to continue treatment for Colin.

The 10 murders that led to Dennis Rader being put away in prison for life began on January 15, 1974. Dennis Rader entered the house of the Otero family and murdered the husband, wife, and two youngest children. He entered the house and according to Philbin (2011) Rader testified in court that, “Well, I confronted the family, pulled the pistol, confronted Mr. Otero and asked him to – you know, that I was there to – basically I wanted the car” (p. 155). Rader told the family that he only wanted the car and some food; trying to convince the family he wouldn’t hurt them, which was not the case.

Its explains how Ahmed was unfairly treated, being interrogated by five police officers, his belonging were being searched, and he was accused multiple times of wanting to build a bomb. He also asked if he could contact his parents but those rights were denied. Law enforcement just automatically placed the terrified Ahmed into a juvenile detention center and was also suspended from school.

In this case the convict 's name is Christine Marie Paolilla, she was 17 with a boyfriend by the name of Christopher Snider. Christine is serving life in prison for fatally shooting four of her friends. Christine wasn’t arrested till three years and one day later, after the murder was committed. The day she had been arrested was July 19, 2006, the murder was July 18, 2003. Christine was convicted in late year in the late year of 2008.
INTRODUCTION Al Bashir the president of Sudan who is also one of the longest serving presidents in Africa. In July 2008 the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court accused al-Bashir of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Darfur. The court issued an arrest warrant for al-Bashir on March 2009 on counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity but ruled that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute him for genocide and al-Bashir became the first sitting president to be indicted by the International Criminal Court for allegedly directing a campaign of mass killing, rape, and pillage against civilians in Darfur. July 2010 the Court issued a second warrant containing three separate counts. The new warrant like the first was delivered to the Sudanese government which did not recognize it and does not even recognise the International Criminal Court.
