Spoke to Vivian Ortiz (DOB 6/20/75) who stated that her juvenile son (16 years old), Elijah Perez (DOB 7/3/99), was being destructive and threw things around the house when she asked him to turn off the oven after he used it. Ortiz stated Perez had been diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and he had not been taking his medication or to his therapy. Ortiz also mentioned that she opened the case with DYFS to evaluate him and the case was still opened. Officer Perez reports being dispatched to a disturbance at 11 Langton. Perez arrived on scene and met with Ann Mcelroy that stated she lost her phone and found that 2 kids had possession of the phone and was able to get the phone returned to her. Mcelroy stated she wanted to make a report of her phones information had been erased and was concerned of any personal information that was possibly had been taking prior to her getting her phone back. The Keepers from the Plankton Factory are being charged with child abuse. Esperanza Mendoza the leader of the Convent in San Lois caught the Keepers beating up children and duct taped one other children. Some kids testified against the Keepers. Most of the kids say that Jorge Martinez had beaten some of the kids that work there. Fidelito Lopez states, “I was there, Jorge had grab a cane out of a closet and he was going to beat me with it, but Matt had came out and took the cane from Jorge.
According to Brian Humphreys, spokesperson for the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, they received a domestic violence report. A police deputy responded to Dorsey’s accusation of Rivera striking him in the face and head. Rivera’s arraignment was caught on camera for the world to see. A source said that this incident was not the first time the couple has experienced this kind of violence.
Spoke to Nataly Martinez (DOB 12/27/84) who stated that she had a verbal argument with her husband Julio Castaneda (DOB 4/14/83).
