Religion in government establishment has been one of the most controversy topics today. Should we keep religion separate from schools and workplaces? The relationship between religion and government has been studied for ages. State and religion might follow different tactics, but they often travel parallel to each other. Both entities are most efficacious and successful when they encourage and protect each other. Religion is said to be guidance for cultures. It provides tradition along with faith which comes from very ancient times as all primitive societies had religion. However, the ethical standards say that there must not be judgments based on religion and beliefs. Some believe that faith and religion must be treated as personal assets which means you must not display it or let it affect others (Clarke, 2013). Although there are numerous people in society who firmly follow religion and believes that they are on the right track, there are people who believes that following a religion is an unprofessional approach since in many cases followers of religion violate the rules of equality in which they choose their strong religious beliefs over logic and facts. In a profession, there should not be interference with any personal beliefs and mindsets which disrespect others in any manner.
