Jessica Ramirez April 22, 2015 Kenneth Mcduffwas an American murderer. He was convicted of murdering sixteen year-old Edna Sullivan, her boyfriend, seventeen-year old Robert Brand, and Robert's cousin, 15 year-old Mark Dunnam, who was visiting from California. McDuffs first death sentence was commuted in the 1990s when the death penalty was ruled unconstitutional. His first sentence was convicted in March 1992 abduction and murder of 22-year old Melissa. She was working her job as a clerk at the Quic Pac convenience store when she was abducted and driven from the location in her own vehicle. Police were led to McDuffs after his abandoned vehicle was found parked near the store. He had once worked at the store and was arrested in Kansas City on May 4, 1992. He was born on March 21, 1946 and died on November 17, 1998. He was one of four children born to John and Addie McDuff. His father worked as a farmer. Kenneth was indulged by his family, which was respectable though somewhat odd, and he got the reputation of being a bully who was careful to pick only on the weak. He was suspected of fourteen murders. He had been on death row from 1968 to 1972. Kenneth was executed in Texas Tuesday night. He was the 17th inmate put the death in that state this year. He was believed to be the only condemned inmate in the nation ever paroled and then returned to death row for another murder. Before his very first murder conviction, he has had many attempts of burglary. One of the three females he had killed and raped was sexually abused and raped for hours. She was tortured. The last time she was seen she was screaming and trying to escape Kenneth's truck. There is way more people McDuff has murdered. He was a cruel man that enjoyed torturing people. A couple months after Kenneth McDuff had been placed in jail, he was released and became more mean than ever. People made rumors about how he was going to come back to town and start killing everyone. Some of them weren't rumors because at one point Kenneth wanted revenge. Tommy Sammon was a boy who had once humiliated Kenneth in eighth grade year in a playground. He worried soon after finding out all of the terrible things McDuff has been doing. McDuff was a man who everyone feared of. He was such a violent, sadistic, remorseless criminal. When he came up to parole on year, he tried to offer $10,000 bribe to a member of the parole board. He was convicted of bribery attempt. Some of the missing bodies of McDuffs murders were located by means of hand drawn maps. But those maps did not help every case. On February 18, 1993, the jury opted to sentence McDuff to death. Kenneth McDuff was buried in the Captain Joe Byrd Cemetery. That cemetery is also known as "Peckerwood Hill."
