Miracle Cushionberry Professor Name Subject Name Jan 30th, 2024 Voting 2024: Pathos 1: the presidents running for election: biden, willamsan, phillip, trump haley, binkley, kennedy, west, stein. Most of Mr. Trump's Republican challenges ended their campaigns before a single vote was cast, which means in my own words, (they had to restart their place in the office, which means biden he's in the office but he's re-running for president. SECTION HEADER Pathos 2: from my opinion in my own words I definitely think kennedy’s nephew should win this election because, I mean he's definitely in running for president to get back for his uncle after he was assassinated, but i hope he does good for america and is actually here to make better ideas in office
In the State of Tennessee, ever so often qualified voters head to the polls to vote for our public officials. For some like Campbell County Mayor E.L Morton, election day determines whether he keeps his current job, or whether he will soon be drawing unemployment; however, for others like Sue Marlow, an Eligibility Counselor with the Tennessee Department of Human Services, election day is the day that she gets to vote for the person who she thinks is best for the office. Both Morton and Marlow are examples of how a person should exercise their civic responsibility. John Brown was an extreme abolitionist who believed so much in the eradication of slavery, that he resulted to violence and bloodshed in order to achieve his goal. He felt he was "called by God" to end slavery by any means necessary. He failed to achieve his goal in his lifetime, but his actions had a major impact on the North and South before the Civil War. John Brown's raid on Harpers Ferry was probably his most effective attack against slavery. This attack on slavery caused tensions to boil over in the North and South, creating a conflict which could only be resolved with war.
“The new leader of the United States has been elected.” Stated the radio that I had playing through the night without realizing it. I stopped caring politics before I was born, so I questioned myself eagerly, but then stopped caring once I looked outside the window. It was a gloomy day. A month ago Roy Handel who was the previous leader had died a horrific death.
My specific responsibility consisted of canvassing and addressing letters to absentee voters. In canvassing I was given a list of addresses in a neighborhood for people who were most likely to vote. If no one came to the door, I would leave a door hanger. If someone did answer the door, I would talk to them about my candidate and inform them of issues my candidate was focusing on and what he would do if he were to be elected as State Senate. On the paper which listed the addresses, I would mark down any notes on appearances of the person or their surroundings, such as “American flag” or “Catholic cross.”

The elections are just are around the corner for our country. This is evident by the plethora of campaign advertisements, election polls, and news that we get bombarded with each day. This upcoming election, however, is in more ways than one, interesting. Presidential candidates are at a record-high with 130 presidential hopefuls (Esmaquel II), a strong-willed mayor who has been quite indecisive about his candidacy finally decided to run, and of course, the multiple disqualification cases filed against a presidential candidate.
